CD34 molecule encoded by CD34 may play a role in the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or to stromal cells.
This single-pass membrane protein is highly glycosylated and phosphorylated by protein kinase C.
Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for CD34.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
