特徴
- CD24 encodes a sialoglycoprotein that is expressed on mature granulocytes and B cells and modulates growth and differentiation signals to these cells.
- The CD24 molecule is cleaved to a short 32aa mature peptide which is anchored via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI) link to the cell surface.
- This gene was missing from previous genome assemblies, but is properly located on chromosome 6.
- Non-transcribed pseudogenes have been designated on chromosomes 1, 15, 20, and Y.
- Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000ELISA: 1:10,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
