BATF3 (basic leucine zipper ATF-like transcription factor 3) encodes a member of the basic leucine zipper protein family.
The encoded protein functions as a transcriptional repressor when heterodimerizing with JUN.
The protein may play a role in repression of interleukin-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-1 transcription.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
