ZNF174 (zinc finger protein 174) is a DNA-binding protein, which contains a conserved region of 84aa called SCAN (SRE-ZBP, CTfin51, AW-1, and Number 18 cDNA) domain.
This domain exists as a homodimer.It is composed of three C2H2-type zinc-fingers.
This gene is localized to human chromosome 16p13.3.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and ELISA.
