ATG7 (autophagy related 7) encodes an E1-like activating enzyme that is essential for autophagy and cytoplasmic to vacuole transport.
The encoded protein is also thought to modulate p53-dependent cell cycle pathways during prolonged metabolic stress.
It has been associated with multiple functions, including axon membrane trafficking, axonal homeostasis, mitophagy, adipose differentiation, and hematopoietic stem cell maintenance.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
