特徴
- AIF1 encodes a protein that binds actin and calcium.
- AIF1 is induced by cytokines and interferon and may promote macrophage activation and growth of vascular smooth muscle cells and T-lymphocytes.
- Polymorphisms in AIF1 may be associated with systemic sclerosis.
- Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, but the full-length and coding nature of some of these variants is not certain.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000ELISA: 1:5000-1:20,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
