ADCY1 encodes a member (adenylate cyclase 1) of the of adenylate cyclase gene family that is primarily expressed in the brain.
This protein is regulated by calcium/calmodulin concentration and may be involved in brain development.
Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
