This gene encodes a protein which is phosphorylated by insulin receptor tyrosine kinase.
Mutations in this gene are associated with type II diabetes and susceptibility to insulin resistance.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
