特徴

• Required for translocation of GLUT4 to the plasma membrane in response to insulin signaling (By similarity).
• Required to coordinate membrane tubulation with reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton during endocytosis.
• Binds to lipids such as phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylserine and promotes membrane invagination and the formation of tubules.
• Also promotes CDC42-induced actin polymerization by recruiting WASL/N-WASP which in turn activates the Arp2/3 complex.
• Actin polymerization may promote the fission of membrane tubules to form endocytic vesicles.
• Required for the formation of podosomes, actin-rich adhesion structures specific to monocyte-derived cells.
• May be required for the lysosomal retention of FASLG/FASL.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:3000, incubate membrane with diluted primary antibody in TBS, 5% milk, 0.1% Tween 20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight
• ELISA (peptide): 1:20,000-1:40,000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
