Is known to play a role genetic programming including that for myogenesis.
Is a component of a large corepressor complex that contains SIN3A/B and histone deacetylases HDAC1 and HDAC2.
This complex associates with the thyroid and the retinoic acid receptors in the absence of ligand.
Interacts with the catalytic domain of HDAC9
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000, incubate membrane with diluted antibody in TBS, 5% milk, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
