ITPA (Inosine triphosphate pyrophosphatase) catalyzes the pyrophosphohydrolysis of inosine triphosphate (ITP) to inosine monophosphate (IMP).
It expresses in the cytoplasm(PMID:11278832).It can be detected a band of 44kD as a homodimer in the western blot (PMID:19631656) though its predictedsize is 21kD.
This protein has two isforms with the molecular weight of 20KD and 21KD.This antibody is specific to this protein.
