Binds to CPN60 in the presence of Mg-ATP and suppresses the ATPase activity of the latter.
Belongs to the groES chaperonin family.

Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000, incubate membrane with diluted Ab in TBS, 5% milk, 0.1% Tween 20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight
