Annexins are a family of structurally related proteins whose common property is calcium-dependent binding to phospholipids.
There are at least ten different annexins in mammalian species.
Annexins do not contain signal peptides, yet some annexins (A1, A2 and A5) appear to be secreted in a physiologically regulated fashion.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000, incubate membrane with diluted Ab in TBS, 5% milk, 0.1% Tween 20 at 4°C with gentle shaking, overnight

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
