Ubiquitin thioesterase OTUB2, Hydrolase that can remove conjugated ubiquitin from proteins in vitro and may therefore play an important regulatory role at the level of protein turnover by preventing degradation.
Mediates deubiquitination of 'Lys-11'-,'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains, with a preference for 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
