AAARSD1(Alanyl-tRNA synthetase domain-containing protein 1) is also named as alanyl-tRNA editing protein Aarsd1 and belongs to the class-II aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family.
It plays a role in prevention of synthesis of proteins containing errors (mistranslation)(PMID:18172502).
It has 3 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the molecular weight of 45kD, 59kD and 66kD.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
