特徴
- Chemotactic factor that attracts T-cells and monocytes, but not neutrophils, eosinophils, or B-cells.
- Acts mainly via CC chemokine receptor CCR1.
- Also binds to CCR3.
- CCL15(22-92), CCL15(25-92) and CCL15(29-92) are more potent chemoattractants than the small-inducible cytokine A15.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:25Western Blot: 1:2000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
