May play a role in angiogenesis by regulating FGFR1, VEGFR2 and PDGFR signaling.
May also play a role in T-cell antigen receptor/TCR signaling, interleukin-2 signaling, apoptosis and neuronal cells differentiation by mediating basic- FGF and NGF-induced signaling cascades.
May also regulate IRS1 and IRS2 signaling in insulin-producing cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:25Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:25Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
