- Couples to the JAK1/2/3-STAT6 pathway.
- The IL4 response is involved in promoting Th2 differentiation.
- The IL4/IL13 responses are involved in regulating IgE production and, chemokine and mucus production at sites of allergic inflammation.
- In certain cell types, can signal through activation of insulin receptor substrates, IRS1/IRS2.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:25Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
