84-5116-16 DANRE Shha, ID 200ul 501507
特徴
- Intercellular signal essential for a variety of patterning events during development.
- Signal produced by the notochord that induces somite patterning, dorso-ventral patterning of the brain and early patterning of the developing eyes.
- Displays floor plate-inducing activity.
- Binds to the patched (PTC) receptor, which functions in association with smoothened (SMO), to activate the transcription of target genes.
- In the absence of SHH, PTC represses the constitutive signaling activity of SMO (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
