This gene encodes a protein containing tetratricopeptide repeats which are thought to be involved in protein-protein interactions.
The encoded protein is also a minor histocompatibility antigen which may induce graft rejection of male stem cell grafts.
A large number of alternatively spliced transcripts have been observed for this gene, but the full length nature of some of these variants has not been determined.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
