TP53BP2 is a member of the ASPP (apoptosis-stimulating protein of p53) family of p53 interacting proteins.
TP53BP2 contains four ankyrin repeats and an SH3 domain involved in protein-protein interactions.
TP53BP2 is localized to the perinuclear region of the cytoplasm, and regulates apoptosis and cell growth through interactions with other regulatory molecules including members of the p53 family.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
