The TFDP genes encode a family of transcription factors that can form heterodimers with E2F family proteins in vivo.
The E2F-TFDP transcription factors are major regulators of genes that are required for the progression of S-phase, such as DHFR and DNA polymerase alpha, and they play a critical role in cell cycle regulation and differentiation.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
