OBFC1 and C17ORF68 are subunits of an alpha accessory factor (AAF) that stimulates the activity of DNA polymerase-alpha-primase, the enzyme that initiates DNA replication.
OBFC1 also appears to function in a telomere-associated complex with C17ORF68 and TEN1.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
