GSC may play a role in spatial programing within discrete embryonic fields or lineage compartments during organogenesis.This gene encodes a member of the bicoid subfamily of the paired (PRD) homeobox family of proteins.
The encoded protein acts as a transcription factor and may be autoregulatory.
A similar protein in mice plays a role in craniofacial and rib cage development during embryogenesis.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
