84-4934-28 DDX39B (Spliceosome RNA Helicase DDX39B, DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) Box Polypeptide 39B 100ul 479192
特徴
- BAT1 is a member of the DEAD protein family of ATP-dependent RNA helicases.
- Members of this family are involved in a number of cellular functions including initiation of translation, RNA splicing, and ribosome assembly.
- A cluster of genes, BAT1-BAT5, has been localized in the vicinity of the genes for TNF alpha and TNF beta.
- These genes are all within the human major histocompatibility complex class III region.
- This protein is a negative regulator of inflammation.
- It is also thought to be a translation initiation factor.
- This gene is a strong candidate gene for rheumatoid arthritis.
- There are multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants known for this gene but only two have been fully described.
- Both of these variants encode the same isoform.
- This gene has been found to have multiple polyadenylation sites.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
