CSDC2 is an RNA-binding factor which binds specifically to the very 3'UTR ends of both histone H1 and H3.3 mRNAs, encompassing the polyadenylation signal.
It might play a central role in the negative regulation of histone variant synthesis in the developing brain.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 4-8ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.625ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
