- ABI2 is a part of the WAVE complex that regulates lamellipodia formation.
- The WAVE complex regulates actin filament reorganization via its interaction with the Arp2/3 complex.
- It regulates ABL1/c-Abl-mediated phosphorylation of MENA.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
