Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use.
To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C.
Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Specificity：Recognizes human Immunoglobulin M (IgM), Fcu Fragment Specific. Minimal cross-reaction to Bovine Serum Proteins. Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the Fc5u portion of the human IgM heavy chain. No antibody was detected against normal human IgG or IgA, or against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Has been tested by ELISA and or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with bovine serum proteins, but may cross-react with IgM from other species.
