Plasma membrane-associated small GTPase which cycles between an active GTP-bound and inactive GDP-bound state.
In active state binds to a variety of effector proteins to regulate cellular responses, such as cell spreading and the formation of actin-based protusions including lamellipodia and membrane ruffles.
Promotes cell adhesion and spreading on fibrinogen in a CIB1 and alpha-IIb/beta3 integrin-mediated manner.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
