Integrin alpha-X/beta-2 is a receptor for fibrinogen.
It recognizes the sequence G-P-R in fibrinogen.
It mediates cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses.
It is especially important in monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
