Inositol 5-phosphatase which acts on inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate, inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate, phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate and phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate.
Has 6-fold higher affinity for phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate than for inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate.
May negatively regulate assembly of the actin cytoskeleton.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
