Component of the endoplasmic reticulum quality control (ERQC) system also called ER-associated degradation (ERAD) involved in ubiquitin-dependent degradation of misfolded endoplasmic reticulum proteins.
Could enhance presenilin-mediated beta-amyloid protein 40 generation.
Binds to ubiquilins and this interaction is required for efficient degradation of CD3D via the ERAD pathway.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
