特徴
- Proton-sensing receptor involved in pH homeostasis.
- May represents an osteoblastic pH sensor regulating cell-mediated responses to acidosis in bone.
- Mediates its action by association with G proteins that stimulates inositol phosphate (IP) production or Ca(2+) mobilization.
- The receptor is almost silent at pH 7.8 but fully activated at pH 6.8.
- Function also as a metastasis suppressor gene in prostate cancer (By similarity).
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
