特徴
- FSHR, a Glycoprotein Hormone Receptor, is required for normal ovarian development and follicle maturation in females.
- When activated, it stimulates ovarian follicular growth and production of estrogens, initiating a normal menstrual cycle.
- In males, FSHR is required for the initiation of spermatogenesis and normal sperm production.
- Two isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500 ELISA: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
