p90 Rsk1, a member of the RAS/MAPK signal transduction pathway, is regulated by serine/threonine phosphorylation by ERK1 and 2 in response to mitogenic stimulation.
Once phosphorylated, a significant amount of Rsk is found in the nucleus suggesting a role in nuclear signaling.
