Transcription factor JunD is a protein that in humans is encoded by the JUND gene.
The protein encoded by this intronless gene is a member of the JUN family, and a functional component of the AP1 transcription factor complex.
This protein has been proposed to protect cells from p53-dependent senescence and apoptosis.
Alternative translation initiation site usage results in the production of different isoforms.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.1-0.5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
