TNF Alpha is produced by a range of cells including macrophages, monocytes, T and B cells, neutrophils and endothelial cells.
TNF Alpha has a key regulatory role in the canine immune response where it is involved in modulating the expression of numerous cytokines, growth factors, inflammatory mediators and acute phase proteins.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.5-5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
