Among tumors of the human central and peripheral nervous systems, schwannomas, ependymomas and astrogliomas of different stages, including glioblastomas show positive reactions.
S100 can be detected in almost all benign naevi and malignant melanocytic tumors of the skin and in Langerhans cells in the skin.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (frozen/paraffin): NeatOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
