- Interferon gamma-inducible protein (IP-10), also known as CXCL10.
- IP-10 is expressed in a variety of tissues including liver, gut, spleen, kidney and thymus, in response to interferon gamma.
- IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes, NK cells and certain T-cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
