- IL-21 stimulates B- and T-cell proliferation and increases the activity of NK cells and disease-specific cytotoxic T-cells.
- Interleukin-21 is believed to inhibit dendritic cell activation and maturation during the T-cell mediated immune response.

- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
