IL-2 is a 17.7kD type I regulatory cytokine secreted by T-cells following antigenic or mitogenic stimulation.
It plays a crucial role in T-cell proliferation and immune regulation, canine IL-2 may also stimulate a range of other cell types including B cells, NK cells and monocytes.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1-5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
