Porcine IL-10 is a 19.93kD anti-inflammatory cytokine belonging to the IL-10 family.
Secreted primarily by monocytes and to a lesser extent by certain T-cell subsets, porcine IL-10 functions in an inhibitory capacity downregulating Th1 cytokines, produced by activated macrophages.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-5ug/mlWestern Blot: 0.1ug/ml-2ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
