IFN Gamma is a 19.5kD type II interferon belonging to, and being the only member of, the interferon type II family.
IFN Gamma, produced by various cell types including T-cells and NK cells, is a cytokine involved in both innate and adaptive immunity.
Rabbit IFN Gamma is predominantly secreted by activated T lymphocytes in response to viral infection and to infection by certain bacterial and protozoan pathogens.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.5-5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
