This viral form of CBL, v-CBL, has been shown to induce lymphoma and leukemia in mice.
The CBL protein is a RING finger E3-ubiquitin ligase that plays a key role in signal transduction processes through mediating monoubiquitination and thereby endocytosis of receptor tyrosine kinases.
In addition to this role, CBL has also been reported to act as an adaptor protein as well as a mediator of cell signaling processes by changing the cellular localization of substrates.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
