The tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) is a structural motif.
It consists in a degenerate 34 amino acid sequence motif identified in a wide variety of proteins.
It is found in tandem arrays of 3–16 motifs,[1] which form scaffolds to mediate protein–protein interactions and often the assembly of multiprotein complexes.
These repeats usually fold together to produce a single, linearsolenoid domain called TPR domain.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000-5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-100Western Blot: 1:500-2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
