特徴
- This protein may form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel.
- Probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors.
- Activated by diacylglycerol (DAG).
- May also be activated by intracellular calcium store depletion.
- It can interacts with MX1 and RNF24.
- Interacts (via ANK-repeat domains) with PRKG1.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
