This gene encodes a membrane protein that forms a receptor signaling complex with the TYRO protein tyrosine kinase binding protein.
The encoded protein functions in immune response and may be involved in chronic inflammation by triggering the production of constitutive inflammatory cytokines.
Defects in this gene are a cause of polycystic lipomembranous osteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy (PLOSL).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
