TMEFF2 (transmembrane protein with EGF-like and two follistatin-like domains 2), a gene encoding a plasma membrane protein with two follistatin-like domains and one epidermal growth factor–like domain, had limited normal tissue distribution and was highly overexpressed in prostate cancer.
The shedded form up-regulates cancer cell proliferation, probably by promoting ERK1/2 phosphorylation.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
