SNX25 (sorting nexin 25), also known as SBBI31 or MSTP043, is an 840 amino acid protein suggested to function in several stages of intracellular trafficking.
A member of the sorting nexin family, SNX25 contains one PX (phox homology) domain, an RGS domain and one PXA domain.
May be involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
