特徴
- This gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family.
- Members of this family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking.
- Overexpression of this gene results in a decrease in the processing of insulin and hepatocyte growth factor receptors to their mature subunits.
- This decrease is caused by the mislocalization of furin, the endoprotease responsible for cleavage of insulin and hepatocyte growth factor receptors.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
